Diamond Bank already has a customer base of 15 million. The Chatbot Ada will add more to this number by bringing in more customers through mobile banking. Two of the major initiatives includes the April Tech Fest and Building Entrepreneurs Today program. In the later, the bank extends its support to the upcoming business leaders of Nigeria. The financial inclusion enterprises of the bank also include increasing women participation in the formal economy. The Diamond Y’ello mobile service has also been launched and at present has over nine million users actively using it.
